Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 751.18. Appropriations

(a) Appropriation.--The sum of $500,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority as a continuing appropriation to carry out the provisions of this act. This appropriation shall lapse June 30, 1989.

(b) Continuing appropriation.--The General Assembly hereby appropriates on a continuing basis to the authority funds as authorized by section 5  1 in order to carry out the purposes of this act, including the payment of the administrative expenses of the authority.
