Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 724.11. Conduct of election

The election shall be conducted in accordance with the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L. 1333, No. 320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code,  1 except that the time limits for advertisement of notice of the election may be waived as to the question.
