The fund shall expire one year following the last day of the tenth annual reconciliation period pursuant to section 303. 1 Unexpended amounts then remaining in the fund attributable to actual contributions, and exclusive of actual interest earned on such contributions, shall be refunded to each contributor in the proportion that each contributor's contributions to the fund bears to the total of all such contributions. Unexpended amounts then remaining in the fund attributable to actual interest earned on contributions shall be transferred to the Low-Level Waste Fund, as established under the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Act. 2
