All registrations, licenses and orders issued and regulations promulgated under the act of January 28, 1966 (1965 P.L. 1625, No. 578), known as The Atomic Energy Development and Radiation Control Act, 1 shall remain in full force unless and until modified, amended, suspended or revoked and all appropriations, allocations, personnel, agreements, leases, claims, demands and causes of action of any nature and equipment, files, records, real estate, personal property and all other materials owned, used, employed or expended in connection with that act by the Department of Commerce are hereby transferred to the Department of Environmental Resources.
