Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 7110.401. Licensing and registration fees

The Environmental Quality Board shall, by rule and regulation, set reasonable annual fees for the registration of radiation sources and the licensing of radiation source users.  These fees shall be in an amount at least sufficient to cover the department's costs of administering the programs.
