Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 6700-301. Applications

Each person desiring to obtain a registration certificate from the department to engage in the practice of fitting and selling hearing aids or in the business of selling hearing aids shall make application to the department. The application shall be made upon a form approved by the secretary and shall be made in such manner as is provided by the department and shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee.
