Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 632.3. Long-term care resident and employee immunization

Except as provided in section 6,  1 every facility in this Commonwealth shall request that residents and employees be immunized for influenza virus and pneumococcal disease in accordance with this act.
