Upon enrollment in the program, a qualified individual shall be required to meet the annual deductible and to satisfy the copayment provisions of the program in section 519(c) and (d) of the act of August 26, 1971 (P.L. 351, No. 91), 1 known as the State Lottery Law. To qualify for the deductible set forth in section 519(c), the prescription drug must be purchased for the use of the qualified individual from a provider as that term is defined in Chapter 5 2 of the State Lottery Law.
