Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 5701.1106. Amounts

(a) General rule.--The total amount of funds received by a hospital under this chapter shall not exceed the uncompensated care amount reported to the council.

(b) Allocation.--Of the funds appropriated for this chapter, 85% shall be used for payments to hospitals under section 1103,  1 and 15% shall be used for payments to hospitals under section 1105. 2
