Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 445.4. Receipt of moneys; reimbursement of expenditure

The department and county departments are authorized to receive moneys from any source for home nursing care. All such moneys as the department and county departments may receive as a “Reimbursement of Expenditure” for this service shall be used to carry out the provisions of this act and are hereby specifically appropriated for that purpose.
