(a) In every case where the life of a human being is destroyed by, or as a result of, any of the acts prohibited in sections two and three of this act, 1 the offender shall be deemed guilty of murder in the first degree; (b) Indictments and prosecutions may be brought and exhibited for any violation of sections two and three of this act at any time during the life of the violator.
