Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 1680.503a. Funds and accounts

The agency shall create such funds and accounts as may be necessary or desirable for its corporate purposes and shall pay into each such fund or account any moneys appropriated and made available by the Commonwealth for the purposes of such fund or account.  Nothing contained herein shall be construed as prohibiting the agency from creating within any fund one or more accounts which may be used or pledged by the agency for a specific purpose.
