Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 1680.104. Constitutional construction

If any provision of this act, or the application of any provision to particular circumstances, is held unconstitutional, the remainder of the act, or the application of that provision to other circumstances, shall not be affected. The legislative intention is that this act would have been adopted had that provision not been included.
