Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 1665. Housing authorities and limited dividend housing corporations

Housing authorities created under the “Housing Authorities Law,” the act of May twenty-eight, one thousand nine hundred thirty-seven (Pamphlet Laws 955),  1 as now or hereafter amended, and limited dividend housing companies created under the “Limited Dividend Housing Company Law,” the act of May eighteen, one thousand nine hundred thirty-seven (Pamphlet Laws 704),  2 as now or hereafter amended, shall, in addition to the powers conferred upon them by those acts respectively, have the right to contract for, erect and maintain projects under this act.
