Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 1330.6. Fees

A fee of $25 shall be charged for inspections under section 4(b),  1 whether or not the antique boiler passes the inspection.  The department shall charge a $5 fee for issuance of an operating sticker.  Any fees owed to the department shall be paid prior to the issuance of an operating sticker.  The department shall transmit fees for inspections performed by the department and for the issuance of operating stickers to the State Treasurer through the Department of Revenue.
