Any LPG facility or distributor covered by this act shall not be subject to the act of December 10, 1974 (P.L. 852, No. 287), referred to as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law. 1
Any reference in statute or regulation to the act of December 27, 1951 (P.L. 1793, No. 475), 2 referred to as the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act, shall be deemed a reference to this act.
