Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 Pa.C.S.A. Health and Safety § 7832.1. Additional funding

In addition to sums transferred from the State Gaming Fund and under section 2413(a)(1) of the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L. 6, No. 2),  1 known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, the sum of $5,000,000 shall be transferred annually from the Property Tax Relief Reserve Fund to the Fire Company Grant Program for the purpose of making grants to eligible fire companies under this subchapter.
