Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 820.5. Technical and administrative service by agreement; payment

The Commonwealth or any agency thereof shall furnish technical and administrative service to the commission pursuant to section 12.5 of the compact only under written agreement between the Commonwealth or any agency thereof and the commission. Any such agreement shall detail fully the terms and conditions under which the service is to be provided, including cost. Payments by the commission pursuant to any such agreement shall be not later than within the fiscal period immediately following the fiscal period when such services are rendered.
