Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 815.49a4. Acquisition of land; eminent domain

In connection with the construction of any such dam or dams and reservoir or reservoirs, real property in Pennsylvania may be acquired by purchase or may be taken by the exercise of the power of eminent domain. In concurring in this legislation, the State of New Jersey shall authorize the acquisition of land in New Jersey by purchase and by the exercise of the power of eminent domain.
