Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 751.5. Sale or lease of materials obtained

The Water and Power Resources Board,  1 in conjunction with the Department of Property and Supplies,  2 is hereby authorized to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of any material or materials obtained by dredging or removal of structures acquired under the provisions of this act and not needed by the Commonwealth for other purposes relative to this project.

1 The Water and Power Resources Board was abolished and its powers and duties were transferred to the Department of Environmental Resources. See 71 P.S. §§ 510-1 and 510-103.
2 Sections 19 and 22 of Act 1975, July 22, P.L. 75, No. 45 transferred to the Department of General Services all of the functions, powers and duties of the Department of Property and Supplies.
