Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 670. Separate accounts for flood control districts

Where more than one flood control district is created, separate accounts shall be kept for each district, and payments from the General Fund Appropriations for Flood Control Projects for or on account of any one district shall not exceed the amount credited to such district in said appropriations.
