Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 652. Appropriation; payment

The sum of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500), or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Department of Forests and Waters  1 for the payment of all costs and expenses incurred under the provisions of this act, including the salaries, compensation, and expenses of persons engaged in making said survey, plans, and specifications.

Payments from said appropriation shall be made by warrant of the Auditor General on the State Treasurer after requisition by the Secretary of Forests and Waters.
