Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 397. Environmental Resources Department; exchange of employees and equipment

The Department of Environmental Resources  1 may upon request of any other state or the United States, forward to or receive therefrom, for use under the supervision of such department, except as otherwise provided herein, such of its employees and equipment as it deems necessary to assist in the protection of forests from the ravages of fire.
