Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 P.S. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 395. Forest protection; Department of Forest and Waters authorized to enter into agreements with United States

The Department of Forests and Waters  1 is hereby empowered and authorized to cooperate and enter into cooperative agreements with, and to receive contributions from, the United States government for the protection from fire, or other casualty, the development and the production of forests and forest producing lands. All contributions received hereunder from the United States government shall be paid into the State Treasury, through the Department of Revenue, and credited to the biennial appropriations to the Department of Forests and Waters for the same purposes for which the contributions were made.
