No later than July 1, 2012, and each July 1 thereafter, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Department of Education, the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the State System of Higher Education shall each submit to the Governor and the General Assembly an annual report of projects and services provided by moneys from the fund. For grants awarded from the fund, the annual report shall, at a minimum, include the following: the name of the applicant, location and description of the project, total project costs, the amount requested, any matching funds provided by the applicant, grant contract expiration date and the amount granted. Each agency shall publish and maintain the annual report on the agency's publicly accessible Internet website. At the discretion of the agency, the annual report required under this section may be submitted to the Governor and the General Assembly by electronic mail.
