The Department of Forests and Waters, 1 through the Department of Property and Supplies, 2 is hereby authorized to sell to the government of the United States, at a price agreed upon by the Department of Forests and Waters through its authorized agents, a tract of land in Wharton Township, surrounding the site of the battle of Fort Necessity, known as Fort Necessity Park, and comprising approximately two hundred thirty-four acres.
