Pennsylvania Statutes Title 32 Pa.C.S.A. Forests, Waters and State Parks § 7504. Water Facilities Loan Board

(a) Creation.--The Water Facilities Loan Board is hereby created as a departmental administrative board in the Department of Environmental Resources.  1

(b) Repealed by 1988, March 1, P.L. 82, No. 16, § 20(a), effective March 26, 1988.

(c) Quorum.--A quorum for the conduct of business shall be at least five members of the board or their alternates.

(d), (e) Repealed by 1988, March 1, P.L. 82, No. 16, § 20(a), effective March 26, 1988.
