Pennsylvania Statutes Title 3 P.S. Agriculture § 775. Delegation of authority to Secretary of Agriculture of United States

The authority conferred upon the Secretary of Public Assistance of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by the provisions of section 3 of this act  1 may be delegated to the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States, with respect to any funds or assets authorized to be administered and used by the said Secretary of Agriculture of the United States under any agreements entered into pursuant to section 4 of this act.  2
