The Secretary of Public Assistance of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby designated as the official of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to make application to the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States, or any other proper Federal official, for the return of the trust assets, either funds or property, held by the United States as trustees in behalf of the former Pennsylvania Rural Rehabilitation Corporation.
