Pennsylvania Statutes Title 3 P.S. Agriculture § 73. Jurisdiction of aldermen and justices of the peace

All magistrates, aldermen, and justices of the peace  1 throughout this Commonwealth shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine actions arising from violations of the provisions of this act, and shall have authority to hold for court, or to impose the penalties hereby prescribed, subject to appeal, as the law shall direct.
