The term “person,” as used in this act, includes individuals, partnership associations, and corporations.
The word “department,” as used in this act, means the Department of Agriculture.
“Farm product” means any agricultural, horticultural, vegetable, fruit, and floricultural product of the soil, live stock and meats, wool, hides, poultry, eggs, dairy products, nuts, mushrooms and honey.
“Marketing” includes preparing for market, transporting, storing, consigning, buying for purposes of manufacture or sale, offering for sale, selling, soliciting consignments or receiving on consignment.
