Pennsylvania Statutes Title 3 P.S. Agriculture § 2203. Intent and authorization

(a) Intent.--It is the intent of this act that the Department of Agriculture shall establish the Agricultural Law Resource and Reference Center.

(b) Authorization.--The Department of Agriculture is authorized to enter into a contract or other agreement with the Dickinson School of Law and the College of Agricultural Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University to establish and maintain the Agricultural Law Resource and Reference Center.
