The Department of Environmental Resources 1 shall reimburse to each cooperating county or municipality 23 1/2 % of payments made to the State by said counties or municipalities pursuant to State-County-Federal cooperative agreements for gypsy moth control entered into during 1981. The moneys for said reimbursements shall be paid out of the Federal Augmentation appropriated to the department for gypsy moth control pursuant to the “Cooperative Forest Insect and Disease Control” appropriation in Part III, section 302 of the act of July 1, 1981 (P.L. 628, No. 5A), known as the “General Appropriation Act of 1981.”
