So much of the statutes of mortmain, and of any other disabling laws, acts or statutes, as tends to invalidate the titles to any lands, tenements or hereditaments, in this commonwealth, now held by assignees or trustees, for the benefit of creditors (of any corporation or corporations chartered by this commonwealth), be and the same is hereby repealed.
