Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 8-808. Employe of district as agent

No person shall act as agent for school books or school supplies, in any district in which he is engaged or employed as a superintendent, teacher, or employe of the school district in any capacity, or in which he was thus employed during the preceding school year.
