Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 791.9a. Issuance of bonds

The bonds of the Authority may be issued pursuant to one or more resolutions or one or more trust indentures and, as provided in such resolution or trust indenture, the moneys set aside in any sinking fund pledged for any particular bonds or series of bonds shall be held for the sole benefit of such bonds, separate and apart from the moneys pledged for any other bonds of the Authority issued under any other resolution or trust indenture.
