The Authority shall have the power to acquire by purchase or eminent domain proceedings, either the fee or such right, title, interest or easement in such lands as it may deem necessary for any of the purposes mentioned in this act: 1 Provided, however, That no lands, interest in lands, or property of a public service company, or property used as a burial ground, or place of public worship, or a dwelling house and the reasonable curtilage not to be less than three hundred (300) feet appurtenant thereto, shall be appropriated by virtue of the 2 power of eminent domain hereby conferred. The right of eminent domain shall be exercised by the Authority in the manner provided by law for the exercise of such right by the Commonwealth.
