The following schools are included under section 2: 1
(1) A licensed barber school under the act of June 19, 1931 (P.L. 589, No. 202), 2 referred to as the Barbers' License Law.
(2) A school of cosmetology as defined by section 1 of the act of May 3, 1933 (P.L. 242, No. 86), 3 referred to as the Cosmetology Law.
(3) A school which provides an approved program of professional nursing under the act of May 22, 1951 (P.L. 317, No. 69), 4 known as The Professional Nursing Law.
(4) A regionally accredited college or university approved under section 6(b)(2) and (3) of The Professional Nursing Law 5 for education as a dietitian-nutritionist.
(5) A school, hospital or other educational institution that provides a program in practical nursing prescribed and approved by the State Board of Nursing under the act of March 2, 1956 (1955 P.L. 1211, No. 376), 6 known as the Practical Nurse Law.
