Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 7-779. Vehicle rules and regulations and penalties for violations

(a) The board of school directors of any school district may make rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of the Vehicle Code  1 or any local ordinance for the admission, control and movement of vehicles and the parking thereof on school property.

(b) Any person violating any rule or regulation promulgated under the authority of this section shall, upon summary conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than two dollars ($2) nor more than ten dollars ($10) and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment for not more than ten (10) days.
