Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 7-725. Confirmation of report

If no exceptions are filed to, or appeal taken from, the report of the viewers by any party interested within thirty (30) days after the filing thereof, the same shall be confirmed absolutely by the court, and the amount awarded therein to any person shall be a valid debt and obligation of the school district, collectible as herein provided.
