Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 7-702. Location and amount of land; playground

The location and amount of any real estate required by any school district for school purposes shall be determined by the board of school directors of such district, by a vote of the majority of all the members of such board. No new school building shall be erected without a proper playground being provided therefor.
