Subject to section 662-A, 1 the chief recovery officer shall:
(1) With the assistance of the department, develop, implement and administer a financial recovery plan in accordance with Subdivision (iii). 2
(2) Coordinate the department's provision of technical assistance to the financial recovery school district under section 626-A. 3
(3) Maintain oversight of the financial recovery school district during the transition period under section 625-A. 4
(4) Attend regular and executive sessions of the board of school directors.
(5) When a receiver is appointed to oversee the management of the financial recovery school district under Subdivision (vi), 5 serve as an advisor to the receiver.
(6) Where an advisory committee is established under section 654-A, 6 meet at least monthly with the advisory committee.
(7) In a financial recovery school district to which section 654-A does not apply, conduct at least four public forums on the basis for the financial recovery declaration and the development and implementation of a financial recovery plan.
