Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 6-626-A. Technical assistance

Subject to sections 652-A(c)(2)(ii) and 663-A(c)(2)(ii),  1 the department shall provide technical assistance to each financial recovery school district. The department's provision of technical assistance shall be coordinated through the chief recovery officer or receiver appointed to serve the financial recovery school district.
