Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 5511. Issuance of bonds or revenue anticipation notes

The bonds and revenue anticipation notes of the authority may be issued pursuant to one or more resolutions or one or more trust indentures and, as provided in such resolution or trust indenture, the moneys set aside in any fund or funds pledged for any particular bonds or revenue anticipation notes or series of bonds or revenue anticipation notes shall be held for the sole benefit of such bonds or revenue anticipation notes, separate and apart from the moneys pledged for any other bonds or revenue anticipation notes of the authority issued under any other resolution or trust indenture.
