Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 5102. Purpose

The purpose of such agency shall be to improve the higher educational opportunities of persons who are residents of this State and who are attending approved institutions of higher education, in this State or elsewhere, by assisting them in meeting their expenses of higher education in accordance with the provisions of this act and by enabling the agency, lenders and postsecondary institutions to make loans available to students and parents for postsecondary education purposes.
