Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 4-442. Other duties; payment of balance to successor

The school treasurer shall perform such other acts and duties pertaining to the district as the board of school directors may direct, or as may be required of him by law, and at the end of his term the school treasurer shall promptly pay over to his successor in office the balance of any and all money remaining in his hands, and shall deliver to him all books, accounts, and other property of the school district.
