Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 4-421. Times and places

Each board of school directors in this Commonwealth shall have specified times and places at which it shall hold its meetings, and shall during the school term meet at least once every two months. The meetings for organization, and meetings provided for by any board of school directors at stated times at which such board is required to meet, or any adjournment thereof, shall be called “regular meetings”, and all other meetings shall be called “special meetings”.
