Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 3-329. Publication of e-mail addresses for school directors

Within one hundred eighty (180) days of the effective date of this section, each school district shall establish and publish on its publicly accessible Internet website an e-mail address for each member of the board of school directors which may be used by members of the public, school district staff and students to communicate with individual school directors regarding matters of school district governance. Such e-mail addresses shall be published in a location and manner that are easily visible and accessible to the public.
