Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 2821. Acceptance of Federal act and funds

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby accepts the provisions and the funds provided in an act of Congress, approved September second, one thousand nine hundred fifty-eight, which authorized Federal appropriations to provide assistance to states and their subdivisions in order to insure trained manpower of sufficient quality and quantity to meet the national defense needs of the United States.
