Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 2622. Plan and erection of buildings

Said commission shall immediately after the location of said home, secure by purchase or gift a sufficient amount of real estate for the purposes of said home, and shall thereupon prepare a suitable plan for the erection and construction of the necessary buildings, and shall advertise for proposals for the erection and construction of said buildings.
